Who we are
Money Console is made by Gokul Prasath, 146, Rana Nagar Road, Annamalai Illam, Bhavani, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638301, India ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
What the app is, and isn't
- Money Console helps you keep track of your own money: payments, budgets, bills, loans and goals. It doesn't move money, hold money, lend, or give investment, tax or legal advice.
- Amounts it reads from SMS, statements, receipts or voice, and figures it works out (what's left, loan savings, how long a goal takes), are estimates to help you plan. Check anything important against your bank.
- You must be 18 or over to use it.
Free, Pro and Family
- The Free plan has no time limit and no ads.
- Pro and Family are subscriptions sold through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Google Play takes the payment; we never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- The price is the one Google Play shows before you buy, including GST. It renews every month or year until you cancel. If the price changes, Google Play tells you first.
- The 7-day free trial is one per Google account, across Pro and Family. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first charge is made then. The app reminds you 2 days before.
- Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal fails, Google Play retries for a while and Pro stays on meanwhile; after that Pro pauses until the payment goes through.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy: ask Google Play first. If it can't help, write to us and we'll look at it fairly.
Your part
- Keep your recovery code safe. Your backups and synced data are locked with it so that we can't read them, which also means we can't reset it or open them without it.
- Keep your phone's lock on, and the app lock if others use your phone.
- Don't misuse the app or our servers: no attempts to break in, overload them, copy the app's code or use someone else's account.
Our part, and its limits
- The app works on your phone even when our servers are down. Pro features that need the server (sync, Instant voice) may sometimes be unavailable; we work to keep that rare and short.
- We keep improving the app and may change or remove features. If a paid feature goes away, we'll say so in advance.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from decisions made using the app's figures, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or safety needs us to act at once.
Ending
You can stop at any time: cancel any subscription in Google Play, delete your account in the app or at moneyconsole.in/delete, and uninstall the app.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Write to us first at support@moneyconsole.in; we reply within 30 days. If that doesn't settle it, the courts of Erode, India decide, without taking away your right to go to a consumer commission.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app tells you before the change applies. This page shows the date of each change.
